Instructions
- Gather materials (metal/aluminum)
- (2 x 8.5ft)(3 x 11ft)(2 x 18ft)(2 x 15ft)(2 x 6ft).
- Assemble the front side of the metal frame
- Place the bottom and top metal pieces on the ground
- Place the vertical metal pieces on each corner of the top and bottom pieces creating a square
- Screw the hex screws in and place washers in the back before adding nut
- Place 2 metal corners on the bottom of the interior face of the square
- Stand the square frame up
- Having the corners on both bottom corners, connect the () metal piece on each corner and have them screwed on, not flat but standing vertically
- Place corners at the opposite side and add back bottom standing metal piece
- Make sure to keep adding washers before tightening with the nut
- Place top corners on the top of the two top ends.
- Place the long metal pieces and connect via screws on the right side first
- Make sure there is a corner that helps connect the top metal piece to the back bottom piece
- Repeat to the other side, make sure each side has two metal corners where the connection between the top metal piece and the back lower metal piece occurs
- The frame should be in place, adding extra screws to all corners of each metal piece will help with the stability of the frame itself.
- 2 extra metal pieces should be added on each side to help with the frame stability. These two pieces go vertically on each side in the middle area of the walls
- Adding the walls, floor, and roofs are all made from the white polypropylene, this material assures to stop the excessive wind and help with cold temperatures
- The plates pieces can be downloaded from the website as a CAD file.
- The material is soft enough to be punctured and to have the holes where the screws will go in.
- Placing the roof is ideal, the roof should be connected with all 4 corners, the top front two and the bottom back two
- Once the top is set up, the right side should be next. The plastic piece should be in between the frame and the metal corner
- Face the right side of the structure for an easier visualization, and orient the large right wall to better locate the screw holes
- The top right corner and the bottom corner should be screwed in first, then the bottom left corner, and the top left corner as well.
- Once the corners are all screwed in the middle metal bar should also be screwed into the wall of the right side.
- Repeat to the left side
- Finalize by closing any gaps with waterproof tape and making sure the holes in the metal pieces are all screwed in.
Instrucciones
- Reunir materiales (metal/aluminio).
- (2 x 8.5ft)(3 x 11ft)(2 x 18ft)(2 x 15ft)(2 x 6ft).
